Two reasons, firstly the DEFRA Climate Challenge Fund was for projects in England only (Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own equivalent programmes), and secondly the data in the game is based on specific data for UK and Europe. We are hoping to produce multi-national/multi-lingual versions of Operation: Climate Control later in 2008.
